Planned a break in Allgäu? This is possible with our cozy apartment. The 50 m² apartment is on the first floor of our old cottage (former butcher from 1894, which we bought in 2019 and renovated piece by piece), has a double bedroom, as well as a living room with comfortable sofa bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with bathtub/toilet, as well as a terrace. We are 3 minutes from the train station, but ideally accessible by public transport without disturbing train noise.

This apartment leaves nothing to be desired. A great home base. Two cozy bedrooms on the upper floor with skylight with skylight and a modern bathroom with shower. There is also a sleeping couch in the living room. TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a sun balcony. There's a pool in the house. For the car there is either a parking space in the underground parking or right in front of the house. In the apartment there are some hiking books for the summer season. From our pretty home, you have to walk about 10 to 15 minutes to the center of Kempten. Our beautiful Reichs and Stiftstadt invites with many cafes, restaurants and shopping. Every Wednesday and Saturday a beautiful weekly market takes place at Hildegardsplatz, near the Lorenzkirche. Despite the proximity to the city, you are right in the green with us and can start with jogging, hiking and cycling directly.
