Welcome to October Farm! Located on the Historic Albemarle Trail (the oldest heritage trail in the southeast) we are a one-hundred acre farm with views of forest and farmland. We are 15 minutes from: historic Tarboro (fine dining, local brewery, oyster bar, boutique shopping, grocery stores and Starbucks), Sylvan Heights Bird Park, Indian Lakes Sports Complex and 20 minutes from the Rocky Mount Sports Complex. Attending a wedding, visiting family or travel ball, we are glad to be your host.

Rustic Retreat

Here is our freshly remodeled Rustic farmhouse. Used as a hunting lodge during the fall and located on a 300 acre farm out in the Martin County countryside, it’s great for a short getaway or extended stay. Located 15 minutes away from the Bob Martin Ag center in Williamston. Less than 30 minutes to Greenville and 15 minutes to Tarboro. We remodeled the house last year but it is still an old house that was built in the 1890’s. It may be old but it’s comfy. We can’t wait to host you here.

“The Ponderosa “

This is a spacious home in a quiet area which is central to Washington (15 miles), Greenville (15 miles) and Williamston (8 miles)! We are 5 miles from Bob Martin Ag Center and decorated accordingly. We are 4 miles from Deadwood. Two King size Beds Two Queen size beds and 1 full size bed with a detached double car garage with large back yard and spacious driveway. Sunnyside oyster bar, Georgia Deans , Hitching post , Shamrock, Ribeyes & Roanoke Country Club w/ pool are all close by.

Cozy and modern apartment inside a working hobby farm barn. Upstairs holds one bedroom with a queen bed. Loft area upstairs has a convertible futon with a TV/blue ray/dvd. Downstairs is a nearly full eat in kitchen (only missing a stove) and the spacious bathroom with stand up shower. A grill is also available on the large covered porch. Guests have access to large covered porch, playground and yard area. Farm chores done 2 times daily. Pets allowed with fee.
