In the old German farm, far from other buildings, we have preserved the stone walls and the atmosphere of old architecture. At the same time, the rooms are modern and minimalist. Natural materials - stone, brick, wood - create a space for relaxation. This place offers comfort understood as a return to basic needs: silence, peace and closeness to nature.

Directly from the cottage, we can admire the views of the Great Owl and Śnieżka. There is also a large covered terrace and a cozy fire pit with an adjustable grate, wood for the fireplace and fire pits provided. Less than 40 minutes by train from Wrocław, among the Strzelin-Niemczany Hills lies the picturesque town of Biały Kościół. The main attraction is 2 lakes with a total area of 20 ha. There is a communal swimming pool on one of them. Our house is right next to the lake and the swimming area. You will find peace, quiet and intimacy here. The house is fully equipped, has a fireplace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and a parking shed. In the garden, you can use the Finnish sauna.

Studio Apartment is an independent, two-story space of over 80m2, with a separate entrance and a terrace. Designed for 4-7 people, the Studio will equally welcome a family, a pack of friends, and two couples, and even two families. There is a spacious fireplace living room with a seating area with large glazing for children, dancing or yoga, a kitchen with a dining area for 10 people, a stone terrace with a coffee table, a sofa and armchairs, and two lockable bedrooms.
