Farm in Sörmland with undisturbed location near lake. Suitable for families with children and friends. Large well-equipped kitchen. Heated pool June to September, orangery with space for 10 food guests and adjacent outdoor kitchen. Nice surroundings for walking and excursions. The property consists of a dwelling house (3-5 persons) with kitchen, pool house (4 persons) with sauna and kitchenette as well as a smaller house with double bed (2 persons). Toilet is available in all houses. Sörmland offers beautiful rolling nature and a local food culture with locally produced food.

Cabin built in 2013, 41 sqm with sea glimpse, fully equipped with full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine. The cottage is located next to other houses but with access to two individual patios with garden furniture and grill. Outside the cabin there is a hot tub/hot tub for booking. The environment is quiet and peaceful. Perfect for families with children or couples wishing a relaxing beautiful environment to stay in. It is possible to swim in the sea from the jetty/ladder, 100 meters from the cabin. Rock bathing and sandy beach are located in the nearby area (car).

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. The accommodation is located in the forest, on Sörmlandsleden, close to the fishing lake Nävsjön and 5 km from Nävekvarn, the village at Bråviken beach. The property consists of a large kitchen for dining and socializing and a living room/bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed 140 cm and a travel bed. There is also high chair in the accommodation. Toilet/shower/sauna/washing machine available in separate building next to the square and next to the pool/heated hot tub (costs extra)and lounge corner.

The spacious outdoor pool features a wooden deck and inviting turquoise water. Inflatable floats rest on the surface, while comfortable seating is arranged nearby under a pergola. The backdrop reveals a clear sky, creating a serene environment for relaxation.

Great location with pool in central Nyköping

In our highly located villa you have nice views, pool and secluded plot (40 min from Kolmården and 1 h from Stockholm). We have a large terrace with evening sun, outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and gas grill, conservatory, trampoline, swings, the world's most comfortable sofa and a cute cat. Gems like Stendörren and Berg's farm are perfect day trips. For those who want to take the evening dip in the sea, there is Femöres nature reserve twenty minutes away. We love to run in the woods below the house and bike down to the harbor with the kids.

Holiday home in a quiet and pleasant location with scenic surroundings next to Sörmlandsleden. The 40 sqm house was built in 2019 and has modern décor. Porch with dining area, lawn, and heated pool (28 degrees) June-August. 10-minute walk to the beach with kiosk, eatery and playground. Large forest with nice walking paths and the possibility to pick blueberries. 10-minute drive to Nyköping C. Bedroom with double bed. Sleeping loft with three mattresses. Clean before you leave, or buy cleaning for SEK 1000.

Our hideaway in Sund outside Trosa is peaceful and completely out of sight on a hill overlooking the lake Sillen. You will find three patios at different levels facing south. Below the house there is a place for swimming and fishing. The dock is shared with five other houses and there is also a swimming pool belonging to the association a walk away that are open during summertime. For the curious, look at Instagra m; PipershouseSweden. There are often dogs in the house so you will see dog beds.🌸

Newly built, beautiful house on a natural plot on Torö. Close nice beaches and nature. Torö Stenstrand, famous Swedish Surf spot is 4 km away (10 min by car). In the summer, the pool is open, and the skateboard ramp is available. The well-planned house is 30 sqm, with a toilet/shower, kitchen, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, and a loft with two sleeping spaces. The living room has a combined sofa/bed. Outdoor patio with a large deck, and a grill is available. Surfboards/wetsuits can be borrowed.

An idyllic, traditional swedish cottage on the countyside with modern facilities. Built during the 1800s, newly renovated. Inside plan as a studio apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, hammock and iron stove in the livingroom. Pool outside and climbing gym inside barn. Everyday safaris on the surrounding fields. Deers, mooses, foxes and more. Close to motorway, easy to find, although aside and quiet. 1 hour to Stockholm by car. Perfect for a couple/family holiday, or just passing trough.

Beautiful living in the countryside of Sweden.

Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.

Have fun with the whole family at this amazing place right by the sea and that has everything for your lifestyle. Heated pool and outdoor shower in summer, hot tub that is open all year. The sea is just 200 meters away and can be seen from the patio. Wood-fired sauna and fireplace for cold days. Nice environment for walks. Some rules and cleaning need to be followed and done at the hot tub. We offer late check-out, at 1 pm, with time for an early lunch or a long sleep.
