In the living room and eating area you have a fantastic view over Vienna. The Wienerlied and the Heuriger made Grinzing worlds famous. The excursion to the Heuriger is still one very popular past time activity for many Viennese people. Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

Genuine Vienna Home - Well connected in green area

The apartment sleeps up to four people. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed for two additional people in the 2nd bedroom which can also be used as an office.
