Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. Sastoji se od spavaće sobe, dnevne sobe, kuhinje s perilicom suđa, kupaone. Ima oko 33 m2, besplatan Wi-fi, parking, klime te roštilj u dvorištu. U spavaćoj sobi je bračni krevet za dvije osobe a u dnevnoj sobi je trosjed koji se razvuče u ležaj za dvije osobe. Udaljen je od plaže i autobusne stanice za Zrće oko 200 m. Do centra 750 m.

The apartments are spacious, with large terraces overlooking the sea and are fully equipped with all furniture, appliances and air conditioning. The beach is accessed by several steps from the yard. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.

Our apartment Sunset oasis is located in the small village of Prizna on the Kvarner bay. The apartment is on the first line on the Adriatic Sea. The lagoon is directly accessible via its own staircase access. The apartment was newly built in 2017 and equipped with a high quality. The 15 mq patio  offers a romantic sunset. It is equipped with sun loungers, chairs and terrace table. The islands of PAK (3 km) and RAB (15 km) can be reached quickly.

Completely new house located just 100m from the sea with heated pool. The house was built in the 2022 and it is located in small and peaceful settlement Potočnica at the most beautiful part of the island Pag. From the house there are some nice views toward the crystal clear sea. Neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. House is decorated in minimalist style yet it's modern and equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay.
