During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. The house is situated in the countryside in a small village on a hill near Koper and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It is an ideal choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life.

A charming place all in stone and wood, full of sunlinght, situated in the neighbourhood of the beautiful Church of Saint Rocco. You can admire the old arhitecture astoundingly compressed in small places, eat in some of the best restaurants of Piran two steps away or be at the seaside in one minute. There is also the possibility to catch the sun in front of the terrace door. The place is fully renovated in natural stone from slovenian Karst and wood from the region of Julian Alps.

Extremly relaxing destination. We are located in the top of the hill in a very quiet place, surrounded with pure nature. You can enjoy observing sun rises and sun sets, together with delicious local food & wine... and simply relax. Or, you can choose more active stay while exploring neighborhood walking on food paths all arround, cycling or running. Your stay will be very calm as your holidays should be. Also, our stay is just 15 min drive to Coast and city centres.

Located in the quiet heart of Piran, superb venetian old city, close to restaurants, shops and local market. The luminous studio can accomodate 2 adults guests and is modernly renovated. It is located in the authentic Istrian village of Gažon which is situated on a hilltop above the coastal towns of Koper and Izola. It has only a few tourist capacities, so it remains still a normal living village. The village is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards.

A sea view is captured through open wooden shutters, revealing a charming harbor scene. The boats are moored in the sparkling water, with historic buildings lining the cobblestone street leading to the shore.
