Our house is surrounded by nature in an area of 20,000 m2, with the front of the land bathed by the Macaé River, and the back of a huge granite mountain. It is supplied by the crystalline spring that flows from this mountain. It is well lit, with large glass windows that allow a beautiful view. Its spaces are cozy, featuring an indoor fireplace, two spacious en-suites, a living room integrated with the kitchen, a spacious balcony and a mezzanine.

Through the windows, the view is charming to the large grassy outdoor area with a stream, a swimming pool with running water and a lake. The entire outdoor area is fenced to ensure greater safety for pets. We have internet access (300 mega optical fiber).
