Cozy countryside retreat. Close to Tours.

Sports enthusiasts, Laurence and I live in Cerelles, a small village in Gâtine Tourangelle, 10 minutes from Tours Nord and the A28 highway, exit 27. Our house is located in a small subdivision. Access to the property is through a separate entrance. Parking is available in the 2 dead ends around the house. Great for a tourist stay in the Loire Valley or Loir. Ideal house for 4 people. I prepare everything before your arrival, the beds are also made, towels provided, welcome kit. Your arrival will be autonomous. There is also internet, via fiber optic. Ideally located, close to the lake with supervised swimming in July and August, outdoor games, a supermarket, all the amenities in the town, restaurants, pizzerias... Ideal for visiting the castles of the Loire, Tours, Amboise, Chaumont, Vendôme... Beauval Zoo.
