Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

A spacious studio apartment is presented, featuring a combination of wood furniture and a cozy seating area. Bright natural light enters through patio doors, leading to an outdoor space. The kitchenette and dining area are visible, providing a combined living and dining experience.

Set in the peaceful country village of Burton Joyce, in the stunning Trent valley, 20 Mins from vibrant Nottingham. A lovely studio apartment with ample off road parking, WiFi, Smart TV, central heating, kitchen area (kettle, toaster, fridge, combined microwave/oven, cutlery, plates). A FREE Welcome basket with biscuits, tea coffee, milk, cereals and other treats await all our guests in the apartment. Guests have their own key so you can come and go as you please with no disturbance to anyone.

An outdoor courtyard space is featured with wooden decking and a lounging chair. A rustic grill is situated nearby, and low greenery surrounds the area, offering privacy. An open shelter contains seating, creating a relaxed environment for outdoor gatherings.

The property is ideal for couples or for families with younger children (max 2 adults & 2 children up to age 13) Situated within the 1.5 acre garden of the main property, we are confident you will feel close to nature whilst enjoying the privacy of the private courtyard garden space.

Newly fitted out separate self contained annexe in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Downstairs is a well equipped modern kitchen. Upstairs is a large studio-style space which is light and airy, with a separate shower room. There is a king size bed, also a sofa bed which would sleep another adult or two children. Stair gate, high chair and travel cot available if required. Parking on drive. Also plenty of space for bikes. In a lovely village with good amenities and country walks.

Stunning self-contained garden studio just 10 minutes walk from the University of Nottingham West entrance, free parking available. We live within a quiet small estate that is situated in the heart of Derbyshire. lots of little towns ,Belper is a lovely town with river gardens and lovely boutiques for shopping. Fancy walking or bike riding why not visit matlock or the peak district
