Bedroom 1: Single bed Bedroom 2: two single beds Bedroom 3: double bed Bedroom 4 (small): sofa bed Living room: sofa and dining table with chairs for 6 people. Bedroom 4 is small and has a door to the outside. You may have to go through bedroom 3 to get to the rest of the apartment. The patio with paving stones and lawn is at the same level as the floor inside. Access via stairs in the terrain from the parking lot on the property. Perfect distance to the university and city center with suitable walking distance and nice hiking opportunities.

Welcome to this unique and tranquil accommodation!! In a new detached house (from 2024) the 2nd floor is now offered for holiday guests, students or others with wishes/needs for a few days here in our eldorado. 2 bedrooms with double beds, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Nature here is an experience in itself all year round; with hiking trails, views of Heddalsvannet, Gaustatoppen and the mountains around in all directions. Only 6 km to Notodden (Bluesbyen), 12 km to Heddal Stavkirke and 33 km to Bø Sommarland! You welcome!!

Kitchen is equipped with fridge, 4 plates stove w/stove top, coffee maker and kettle. Bedroom with double bed (150x200 cm). Loft with 2 single beds (90x200 cm). Duvets and pillows. Bed sheets and towels can be rented. Bathroom with shower/wc. Porch with table and 4 chairs. Freezer, washing machine and dryer in sanitary building. Final cleaning costs NOK 400,- if you don't want to do it yourself.

Apartment near the university, in a high basement.

Note: on Sundays we check in after 6 pm. The apartment has a private entrance, kitchen/living room, large bathroom and bedroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed. The kitchen has a dishwasher and is equipped with basic cooking utensils. Pillows and duvets are provided, while linens and towels are rented for an additional fee. Suitable for two single students or a small family. It's a little noisy in the house so you have to be prepared for that. But we're pretty peaceful, especially on weekdays. We have a cat.

An open kitchen area is present, featuring modern cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. A dining table with white chairs is positioned nearby. Natural light enters through a window, illuminating the workspace. A large mirror reflects the room, enhancing the feeling of openness.

"New"Apartment.Most Central!

Very pretty apartment. Very good location!walking distance to everything you need! Everything from Vinmonopol to the beach,bus station, train.shops,pubs,cinema++++++ Has 1 extra bedroom ,separate in the same building that can be rented if needed. Private undisturbed entrance. Possible for EV charging The apartment has wood burning with free access to wood ,shown you want and like the warmth of wood:) The apartment has an extra bed that can be used if needed .(double bed in bedroom, 1 extra bed in living room nook)

Cozy and inviting studio

Great and well utilized small apartment with 2 beds. Private entrance and rooftop (shared) patio with chairs and tables. Short distance to Notodden. The apartment is located in the old bakery on the Skogen and has a rustic and good atmosphere on the pedestal floor. New appliances and beds in 2024, as well as freshly painted. Wifi and TV included. Towels and ready made beds are waiting upon arrival. Please note that the house is now undergoing an exterior remodel. Hope you/you have a great stay here with us ❤️

The apartment is well equipped and with 2 parking places provided It has 65 inch TV with smart function , wifi is provided Walking distance to all amenities Notodden has to offer. Cozy and peaceful apartment in the middle between Sentrum and Heddal Stavkirke (about 30min. walk <->) 5min. walk to shopping center, 2 min. to the grocery store and the local bus. Large and nice outdoor area. Fiber/Wi-Fi. TV with streaming. One bedroom that is divided into two with a partition and curtain (double bed 180x220 + 2 single beds 90x200). Private parking space. The bathroom is small and "worn" with heating cables.

Dette er en hybel med egen inngang, fullt bad og god seng. Fem minutters rolig rusling tar deg opp til Campus Notodden, Universitetet i Sørøst-Norge. Fem minutter andre veien tar deg til dagligvarebutikken. Er du student eller ansatt og trenger overnatting på samling, er dette stedet helt perfekt. Et enkelt og fredelig overnattingssted med sentral beliggenhet. Hybelen ligger på baksiden av huset, se bilde av eksteriøret.
