In our apartment with 40 square meters of living space in the basement, you will find everything you need to feel completely comfortable. The modern, high-quality furnishings of the living room and bathroom invite you to relax in a cozy atmosphere. In the kitchen with a cozy dining area you will find everything you need for cooking and enjoyable food. The cozy living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a TV. The modern daylight bathroom is equipped with a toilet and shower.

House Nothweiler, residential house

The venerable farmhouse from the 18th century was extensively renovated and rebuilt from 2021 - 2025. The house in the small border village of Nothweiler directly on the border of French Alsace now offers guests two large apartments. The location in the middle of the Palatinate Forest-Nordvogesen biosphere reserve guarantees absolute peace and relaxation, the historic building structure and the modern furnishings ensure a cozy and at the same time contemporary ambience.

The nap corner is a 23 m2 studio located in a village. This is an independent suite with a private entrance, in our family home. It's a passive house with no need for heating or air conditioning. It consists of a bedroom with a 1.80 m bed or 2 beds of 90 cm joined with high-end bedding, TV and kitchenette, a bathroom and a separate toilet. It has a private terrace overlooking an accessible orchard. 5 minutes from the amenities of Soutz-sous-Forêt.

In a rural and countryside setting. This renovated accommodation has all the amenities. Independent access, the direct entrance to the living room overlooks the fireplace, bathroom and toilet is on the same floor, equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, microwave, induction cooktop, oven, Senseo coffee machine, upstairs bedroom (mezzanine) with 2 single beds of 1.10 m. The very pleasant fireplace allows you to spend beautiful evenings by the fire.

The 45 m² duplex has a 22 m² private terrace with views of the vineyards and orchards. Erholung in Dahn: hier werden Sie sich wohlfühlen! Unsere im Sommer 2021 eingerichtete 70 m² Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 2. OG über dem Bioladen und ist barrierefrei erreichbar (Aufzug). Den Schlüssel für die Wohnung bekommt man im Bioladen zu den Öffnungszeiten. Falls Sie außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten anreisen bitte kurz um Mitteilung dann wird der Schlüssel in der Box hinterlegt(siehe letztes Bild).

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
