Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door renovation

We offer a 20 m2 studio adjoining our family home 300 meters from the beach. We would like to clarify that our garden is currently under construction. The work in progress is not noisy. Access to the studio is independent of our house, it is via a small tree-lined path. You will have access to a shaded terrace. You can park in front of our house to drop off your luggage. To park your car you have free parking 200 meters away.

Stone cottage in an old farmhouse, near our home. It consists of a small living room on the ground floor (double sofa bed), a shower room with toilet. NO KITCHEN. Upstairs, a double bed (140 cm). Ideal for a quiet break. Garden behind the house. The hamlet is located 5 minutes' drive from Nostang/25 minutes' walk along the Pont du Roc'h river.
