Wir bieten eine komplett eingerichtete Wohnung mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre in ländlicher Ruhe. Durch die verkehrsgünstige Lage (Nähe A4/A14/B101/B175) bzw. nächste Bushaltestelle nur 200 m entfernt und Stellplatz (bis 7,5 t) auf dem Grundstück ist die Anreise mit dem eigenen Fahrzeug möglich. Die Ausstattung ist nach Umbau 2018 auf dem aktuellen Stand. Ruhe findet man auf der kleinen Terasse am Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Fleischer, Supermarkt) für den täglichen Bedarf sind in der Nähe.

Die Vögel zwitschern Dich frühmorgens munter und der Waldsee ruft zum morgendlichen Bad (12 min zu Fuß). Der Wagen steht vor Sonne geschützt im Schatten der Bäume. Du wirst den ganzen Tag auf der Terrasse sitzen, Lagerfeuer machen und chillen – und am Abend Deine Sauna anheizen! Da die Zivilisation weit weg ist, solltest Du vorher ordentlich einkaufen gehen. Reizarm ist das neue Bio!

In unserer großen Wohlfühloase bekommt ihr zu viert eine Menge geboten. Neben zwei Schlafzimmern mit 160cm bzw. 180cm großem Bett, habt ihr richtig viel Platz im offenen Wohnbereich mit gemütlicher Sofalandschaft, Essbereich und einer gut ausgestatteten großen Küche, in der man man ausgiebig kochen. Das große Bad verfügt über eine bodengleiche Dusche und eine freistehende Badewanne um eine gemütliche Zeit zu verbringen. Die Wohnung ist barrierefrei mit Aufzug erreichbar und nutzbar.

Unsere modern eingerichtete Wohnung liegt in der Altstadt direkt gegenüber von dem Drogeriemarkt Rossmann. Von der Wohnung aus kann man auf den schönen Triebisch (Fluss) blicken und ist trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig gelegen. In unmittelbarer Nähe lassen sich alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Stadt zu Fuß erreichen. Die S-Bahn Station Altstadt ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Parkplätze vor der Tür sind kostenpflichtig für 5€ pro Tag, fährt man jedoch 500m weiter, sind diese kostenfrei.

The interior is nordic-elegant, with a small bedroom, living room with Couch (could sleep 2 more persons), small balcony, modern and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a small corridor. The view from the apartment rewards the long stairs up to the 4th floor.

Die Koboldhütte ist eine modern sanierte Wohnung in einem Haus aus dem Jahr 1750. Die Deckenhöhe beträgt, wie damals üblich, etwa 2 Meter! Für Fragen, Rückfragen und Wünsche stehen wir gern persönlich zur Verfügung. Wir wohnen auf dem gleichen Grundstück. Unsere Haustür befindet sich unter dem hinteren Balkon.
