We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. Gamlestova was the original farmhouse in the main tunnel of the farm and is a historic traditional building with airy barrier now with skylight and large kitchen called Kove. From the canopy bed in the living room you can wake up to the sunrise and you are lucky to follow a tourist boat on your way to Olden with your eyes.
