Located at the starting point of the Karhunkierros hiking trail in Sallan Hautajärvi. The Arctic Circle's homes are suitable for wilderness travelers. The size can accommodate 4 people for wooden sleeping holes. Bring your own sleeping area and sleeping bag. The home doesn't have electricity, heating, or running water. Toilet and shower, as well as wireless internet access, can be found in the main building of the adjacent Karhunkierros nature center. Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner for an additional fee in the Arctic Circle Café.

Haukland Camp Cabin

The Haukland Camp Cabin is a typically camping cabin with cooking possibilities inside but toilet and shower in a second building close by. The cabin consists of one pretty large room with seating area, beds in bulk and a kitchenette with dinner table. We have done our best to make it a cozy place for you even though it’s small. Its only 10 meter down to the Atlantic Ocean and if you want to spend time on the pier, take a bath or try to fish, you are most welcome to do that.

The lavvo is equipped with a wood-burning oven that creates warmth and a cozy atmosphere. The location gives you easy access to reindeer, beautiful, scenic surroundings. Duvet and necessary equipment are included, so you can focus on enjoying the experience. We are looking forward to welcoming you.

The tent is furnished with a double bed, table and chairs. Electric heating. Access to shower and wc. Possibility of additional bed Kr 200. - Kitchen with fridge and cooking equipment is available in the dock. We have rentals of kayaks and boats. Floating sauna can be rented, price NOK 600 for 3 hours, up to 8 people NOTE: This is Rangsundøya 81 96 Selsøyvik 25 min by boat from Rødøya. We also have a cafe with Thai food and pouring beer and wine.
