The apartment with separate entrance is located in the basement of our single-family house in the beautiful district of Tübingen-Pfrondorf. The approx. 37 m² non-smoking apartment has a hallway, bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), and a kitchenette in the large dining and bedroom. It is equipped with floor heating, controlled ventilation system, WiFi and TV. The bus connections in a 15-minute walk. Cycle, in Tübingen city traffic are excellent. Rest in nature is right outside.

My place is located on the edge of the meuse, along the greenway It is ideal if you like cycling, walking, horse riding, mountain biking, nature. You will appreciate my place because of its location, its calm, its comfort, its view, its swimming pool (available from May to October). This is a bed and breakfast formula (with just a small kitchen ... but not enough to cook) so with breakfast. The price shown is therefore a price per person, per night and breakfast included.

A cozy room with a comfortable bed (1.20 m), a TV, a spacious wardrobe, and a private bathroom with a shower. Perfect for business trips and a recreational getaway. The room is located on the ground floor, has a separate entrance. We have parking, as well as a large garden. Close to Lake Low Brodno. The center is 15 min walk, PKS station 10 min, there are shops nearby.
