Our comfortable and peaceful house on the 14th floor of the building offers a wonderful sea/pool and plain view. You can relax in the shade all day on the open balcony. Free parking is available on the site. Our apartment, which is only a 7-minute walk from the beach, is located in a secure site with a large pool equipped with water slides. At the exit of our site, there are a grocery store, restaurant, cafe, pharmacy, butcher and bar. The Grand Sapphire is within walking distance of the casino and the amusement park.

This apartment, which is also within walking distance to the border crossing points, is only 5 minutes away from the Nicosia Terminal, where you can travel to other cities. Note: If you are coming from Larnaca or Paphos airport, you must show your passport or ID card at the checkpoint.
