You’ll have a shower/toilet shed and campfire area to enjoy as well as the specious, 16’ tent and a gorgeous view! We are minutes from Sharon Springs and 25 minutes to Cooperstown. We have bedding, towels and blankets but bring your favorite pillows and water. Our goal is to provide you with all the necessities and a place to make memories. We live on the property but you’ll have complete privacy.

This 5 metre boho-inspired bell tent located at lakecroft, boasts a queen-size bed and can accommodate two glampers comfortably. With enchanting decor and access to nature, glampers can enjoy the best of both worlds while staying here. Centrally located to Sandbanks beach, wineries, and known restaurants . After an adventurous day in the great outdoors, glampers can fire up the BBQ grill and sit back with a glass of wine. Other amenities include electrical outlets, lamps, and a mini-fridge.

It’s located on the Pa side of the Delaware River. 8’ picnic table, fire pit with grill. Swim, wade or just sit by the river. Watch for duck, eagles going up and down the river. Majestic private waterfront Tipi * on a lake. Quiet nature oasis with hot tub, woodstove, firepit, modern grill, and all the essentials. Ice skate or xc-ski across the frozen lake and watch the bald eagles fly overhead, or relax in the Adirondack chairs in front of the bonfire while you make smores and cook dinner on the grill or over the open fire, then snuggle up inside the tipi while you listen to vintage vinyl and let the owls hoot you to sleep. *Tipi closed March-April.

Farm stay in a large off-grid tipi

Come experience an off grid location sleeping in a unique tipi. As this is off-grid, there is no running water, only drinking water from a water fountain. Solar panels power a battery with one outlet for lights or phone charging. A compost toilet is a few feet away. 3 beds are available: 1 double and 2 singles. Each has a mattress, mattress protector and fitted sheet. Bring your sleeping bag. A firepit with a grill and lounging chairs are on site.
