Beach, downtown, restaurants, station and ferries are a short distance away. It has a small living room, a kitchenette stove with 2 burners, fridge and microwave, an internal bathroom, and a bedroom with two twin beds on the upper floor. It has independent heating, hot water, and all the necessary cooking equipment. It was a small dairy from the 18th century until 30 years ago and is all in local stone, philologically restored. The platform on the left is present 1 PRIVATE PARKING PLACE outside the residence, is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The parking lot is suitable for cars up to 4.7m in length

The Villa was designed in 1932 by the most renowned architect of that time, Marcello Piacentini, and consists of two elegant apartments that can comfortably host altogether 10 guests. The property is located in Portovenere County and features an amazing, well furnished, 5000 m2 or 1.3 ac park, overlooking from a privileged position the open water of the Gulf of La Spezia . It also features 101 m or 300 ft of private coastline with private platforms and smooth access to the water.

A small apartment cared for in every detail ideal for two people located 10 minutes from Piazza San Marco. The private view of the canal on one side and the internal courtyard on the other make it one of a kind. The house is equipped with air conditioning and unlimited Wi-Fi and nearby there are numerous shops, cicchetterie and typical restaurants. According to the provisions to prevent Covid-19 infection, sanitization with ozone treatment is carried out after each stay.

Casa Finetti is a rustic structure with an attic, wooden bedroom floor and stone walls. From the ground floor you go up to the bedroom via a spiral staircase. The house is arranged on a ground floor and second floor, both 18 square meters. It's a simple house, without the maximum comfort, but it has the essentials for a mini vacation. Casa Finetti is not suitable for those who expect to find luxury. Casa Finetti is suitable for lovers of nature and simple things.

Nature is what we are. Stay in the Bondo Valley Nature Reserve and experience harmony among the vast meadows and green forests overlooking Lake Garda. Far from the crowds, at an altitude of 600 meters, but close to the beaches (only 9 km away), Tremosine sul Garda offers breathtaking views, a rural culture and many healthy sports.
