You’ll be 7 minutes away from artisanal food producers in the market town of Malton (known as Yorkshire's Food Capital) and ideally located for exploring the Yorkshire Wolds (2 miles), Howardian Hills (10 miles), York (17 miles) & Beaches (27 miles).

Poppy Cottage No. 1 is set in the delightful village of Carleton in Craven just two miles from Skipton's town centre. With its own fabulous luxury hot tub; undercover so you can take a dip whatever the weather, this cottage is a great couples retreat. Within comfortable walking distance from the town; the indulgent hot tub, cosy wood-burning stove, stylish interiors and sun trap south-facing garden make it a great place to return to after a day out exploring this beautiful part of Yorkshire.

The ground floor accommodation is extremely stylishly appointed with a large, open-plan living/dining room which features Jacobean-style painted wall panelling as a stunning backdrop. Stone mullion windows, beamed ceilings, oak floors and doors lend a sense of rustic charm to the fabric of the building and yet there is every modern amenity. There is access to wooded and landscaped gardens with long-reaching views of the surrounding countryside and a private area to sit and enjoy the location.

The Hayloft - Luxury Bolthole
Independence in your own place - Hayloft is hidden away at the end of our 17th century farmhouse and is a special place to stay. Step inside to find the kitchen with heated stone floors and beams overhead. In the living room there's space to eat, full bookshelves and a wood burner for cosy winter evenings. Upstairs is a galleried bedroom with a large 5 foot king bed and a bathroom with deep free-standing bath and large walk-in shower. A retreat from it all in your own Yorkshire bolthole.

Unwind at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our converted barn offers a cosy, self-catering retreat for two with a woodfired hot tub, on our remote, but accessible farm in the North York Moors National Park. The Bothy is a self-contained, open space providing king sized bed, ensuite, kitchen, sitting area, outside terrace sun trap & free WiFi. The Bothy has been completed to an exceptionally high standard combining beautiful detailing and practicality. A great location for walking & cycling.

Chequer Barn Apartment
An oak framed loft apartment is above a large garage which is accessed by stairs with a balcony for tree level seating. The space is not attached to our house and has separate access. The pitched roof gives the apartment a feeling of space and light, with underfloor heating. The outside space is ideal if you want some fresh air. We are in a rural location with no amenities, although the nearest village is only two miles away. We would welcome all visitors, but we don’t accept children.

The Lake House
The detached Lake House is set in 11 acres. Ravensworth is an enchanting village with many of the houses dating from the 17th century. The village is defined by its green, and ancient ruined castle, only a few miles from the pretty towns of Richmond and Barnard Castle . A village pub and two wonderful farm shop cafes within walking distance. The Lake House has uninterrupted views of the lake and surrounding woodland. The Lake House can also be booked together with Willow Cottage.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top
The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

Relax and unwind in the newly refurbished one bed Irishman's Cottage. The cottage retains many old features and is surrounded by the rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds. The living space is open plan with ample space for a couples retreat or family break away. In the summer months dine al fresco and enjoy a BBQ on the private patio besides the wood burning hot tub. A short walk away is our private lake, where you might catch site of a resting deer or hare!

You can enjoy uninterrupted views sitting at the bottom of the garden which is your own space. The Annex dates back to the 16th century and is full of charm. You can walk from our Annex straight up onto the Cleveland way where you can walk or bike for miles. Our Annex is a popular stop off for people walking the coast to coast.
