7 minutes from the Beach and 15 minutes from the centre of Newcastle, via the new seaton Deleval station with free parking. This family home gives great access to Northumberland’s countryside and beyond. Set in the rural village of Seghill facing open fields, with a play area, skate park, basketball & tennis courts with playing field immediately behind. The village pub & rugby club, both a few minutes walk away will give you and a very warm welcome. The village also has a shop and takeaways.
