This second level one bedroom opens onto a large deck with expansive views of Cape Cod Bay. A few steps away are the lovely gardens, and private beach area. **Please note there is work being done on the building at 501 Commercial st. Weekdays 7-3. TV with Firestick internet, fridge, AC, microwave and drip coffee pot. Nice sunny patio seating area right outside your door and a parking spot if needed. We are pet friendly with pet fee. Just let us know who coming to stay! It’s not a huge space, but who comes to Ptown to spend all day in their room anyway! 😀🌈🐕

Once a horse stable, Lil Rose now sleeps up to five just a short walk from a private beach. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Rentals in season (April-October) are only offered by the week (Saturday-Saturday). November rentals are offered with a 4-night minimum. Rentals December-March are offered with a 3-night minimum. Pets are accepted (max 2) but you MUST let us know in your booking request about your pet so that we can prepare the property.
