The stable house is a (Tiny) cottage, partially built in the old barn. You almost literally sleep in the stables!! The cottage offers privacy and has its own terrace (also covered). Your terrace is adjacent to a meadow where horses can stand. If you wish, you can also bring your own horse and stable it with us (indoors and/or outdoors). Nieuwleusen is located in the Vecht valley with villages such as Dalfsen and Ommen. The center of Zwolle is a 15-minute drive away, Giethoorn is half an hour away.

All facilities are located on the ground floor. The sea is within cycling distance, where the quietest beaches of the Netherlands are located.

Plenty of sunny and shady spots in the garden and private parking for 3 cars. From this beautiful location, there are plenty of cycling and walking routes, and it's a 10-minute walk to the village and the woods. You're also very welcome to sit in the vineyard. From the window of the upper floor of the renovated barn, which is located next to our farm, you have a view of the Cabauwse mill, and if you are lucky the stork will be brooding across the street. De studio is inclusief 2 fietsen waarmee u in 2 minuten de supermarkt bereikt en in ongeveer 5 minuten in het pittoreske centrum van Oudewater staat met heerlijke restaurants.

Our "Beautiful Love" used to be the horse stable belonging to the centuries-old farm in which we live. In 2020, we transformed it together with a lot of love and passion into a tiny house with an old lived-in look. The green staircase leads upstairs to the beautiful loft with a 180x200 bed, with a double mattress and a double sheep wool duvet. Under the loft, you will find the beautiful bathroom and kitchen.
