St Margaret’s - 12th Century church conversion

Get a real taste for England’s history by staying in this converted Norman Church! This Grade II* listed building provides an excellent base for exploring Louth, the Lincolnshire Wolds and some classic British beaches. With it’s peaceful setting in a tiny village on the edge of Louth, the church also provides the perfect place to relax and unwind. We converted the church in 2014 and lived in it for 4 years until the arrival of our son, we love it and really hope you have a wonderful stay!

It has a range of amenities, two local shops (5mins walk from the Cottage), 2 popular pub/restaurants. Near to Louth (Cadwell), a traditional market town, and Cleethorpes a thriving seaside resort. Surrounding beautiful Wolds can be seen from the bedroom window and offers many scenic walks. In winter months visit Donna Nook to see seals and pups.

Plenty of public footpaths around the village and a local public house.
