Pea Cottage - A beautiful countryside retreat

Pea Cottage is a secretive, luxury cottage full of surprises. You're getting more than just a gorgeous place to hang out; the host has lined up a thoughtful selection of extras to make the most of your romantic break. These include a Prosecco Treasure Hunt, use of a tandem, an old fashioned record player, homemade "Scrum-Pea Cider", a choice of two walks and three hand-picked pubs to enjoy a memorable meal. Pea Cottage is 5 miles from Stamford, one of the prettiest market towns in the country.

Built in 1634, the Barn is on the edge of a village 5m from Market Harborough in Leicestershire. Converted in 2017, it's on our property but separate from it. Light and airy, it's one room/open plan downstairs, with areas for cooking, dining and relaxing. French doors lead out onto a pretty courtyard garden, with stone steps up to a raised area, where you can watch the sunset over the fields. Upstairs there's a well-equipped bedroom and bathroom with far reaching views over the countryside.

Luxury apartment with outstanding views

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. Fermyn Woods Country Park is a short walk away, rich in flowers birds and butterflies including Hawfinches and Purple Emperor Butterflies. Beautifully restored stone barn in a lovely Northamptonshire village. Orlingbury has been named as one of Northamptonshires top village gems. The Barn is in the grounds of our cottage and has been renovated to a very high standard, retaining it's beautiful beams and restored with oak flooring, marble work surfaces, Fired Earth bathroom, White Company bedding, under floor heating and industrial chrome lighting. There is a great pub and cafe in the village and lovely walks.

West St Chapel is a unique home in the heart of the historic market town of Oundle. Recently converted, it makes a comfortable, light-filled home, featuring an open-plan kitchen, small dining area , living room, three bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a well-equipped kitchen and west-facing outdoor terrace. Oundle is a beautiful vibrant town on the river Nene, featuring Georgian architecture and a range of independent shops, pubs and restaurants.

The Loft @ Baytree House is a stylish and comfortable annex accommodation in a peaceful residential location, 2.1 miles away from Kettering Train Station. This accommodation has a modern shower room, kitchen area with a fridge and tea and coffee facilities. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with a TV and arm chair for relaxing. The property is accessed via the stairs leading onto a balcony over looking the garden. Breakfast is included.
