Authentic but modern Houseboat in one of the oldest parts of Amsterdam. This city center neighbourhood is a 'hidden' and quiet top spot with all the action around the corner! My houseboat is provided with all the luxury you might expect from a regular house with the extra benefits of a terrace with all day sun and airco in the bedroom. In summer we swim in the canal. The boat fits 2 adults and a child. Just 5 minutes walk from central station. No smoking inside and on the rooftop. No parties

Aan boord van ons zelf gebouwde woonschip hebben we in het ‘vooronder’ een gastenkamer gemaakt. Er is uitzicht op breed water, een overdekt eigen zitje buiten en als je wil, neem je zo een duik vanuit het appartement. De boot ligt in het Oostelijk Havengebied van Amsterdam, de stedenbouwkundig veel geroemde wijk vlakbij het centrum. Voel je welkom op deze mooie plek en ontdek onze mooie stad per fiets (bij de prijs inbegrepen) of wandel door onze mooie buurt. Alle voorzieningen zijn vlakbij.

Beautiful double-level houseboat, in the middle of the unique recreation area "Westeinder Lakes" in Aalsmeer. An area with many Marinas, catering facilities on and around the water, and within walking distance of the town´s center. The houseboat has a view of the lake and has all the comforts. Java Islands is een Floating Tiny house gelegen aan een eiland in de Vinkeveense Plassen zeer dicht bij Amsterdam, Utrecht en Haarlem. Het is alleen bereikbaar per boot en je waant je er in een oase van rust midden in de natuur. Bootje te huur voor €30 per dag om zelf te kunnen komen en weg gaan naar het eiland. Kijk ook eens naar onze andere tiny houses Java Island 2 en Borneo Island. Deze hebben een houtkacheltje staan. Gezellig voor het brandend kachelvuurtje in de herfst.

First Class houseboat studio (corner)

The houseboat is in the heart of the Jordaan area, in the centre of our city. The boat has 2 separate studios of 16m2 for my guests and another part of the boat where I live myself. In walking distance of the famous Anne Frank House and Noordermarkt. The comfortable kingsize bed is a guarantee for a good nights sleep. The huge sliding windows which can be fully openend on warm days and built in shades to give you a great view and privacy.
