Its amazing views look over Dorset, Somerset & Wiltshire. Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

The Vintage Hideaway

The vintage hideaway is a self contained annexe attached to my house. It is light and comfortable, it has a bedroom with sofa, kitchenette with small oven/grill and two hotplates ,fridge, freezer and microwave and a shower room. Access from the bedroom to a seating area on the deck ,over looking an area of outstanding natural beauty. The house is close to lovely walks and the historic town of Shaftesbury with a variety of cafes , individual shops and pubs, and of course Gold Hill.

The Den at Foxholes has been carefully renovated to create a luxurious, unique and stylish self-contained guest-suite. The Den is full of character. It is a private part of Foxholes House which dates back to the early 1700s and was once part of the Longleat Estate (The Marquess of Baths’ crest remains on the wall in the main part of the house). The property benefits from a tasteful bedroom, en suite shower room, modern kitchen/lounge, and a private patio with outside dining area.

The self contained Garden Room Annex

The private Annex has it's own access via the rear garden and is connected to the house via a lockable door. The Annex is a bed sitting room with basic kitchen facilities, a shower room and outside area, all for your sole use. You can choose a Large double or 2 single beds in the room. Towels, soap and linen are provided. Teas/coffee/milk available in the room. TV, Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, fan, iron/board, plates, cutlery. There's an Airfryer available on request.

Set back slightly from West Hill on a small 3 house cul-de-sack. A 10 min walk to Wincanton high street with a range of pubs, cafe's, independent shops and takeaways. Huge range of local attractions including The Newt, Wincanton Racecourse, Longleat and Stourhead.

The Granary is part of our Georgian family farmhouse home which is nestled in a valley beside a gentle chalk stream. We have a host of friendly pet farm animals; pigs, a pony, hand reared sheep, hens and mini goats. You are welcome get acquainted with them to join in with their feeding. We are off the road and down a short track. You can walk directly from the door into the Dorset Countryside.
