The apartment is 1 km from Skarp Salling with shopping opportunities from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day. Barbecue and garden furniture are available for rent. No smoking inside the house. Smoking outside is allowed. There is a playground, with a trampoline, sandpit, swings and the like.

At Lille Svangen there are no animals, except for the farm tax "Tom", which looks outdoors. Therefore, dogs and other animals are not allowed.
