Now, we finally rent out our newly renovated (ready 2022) unique farmhouse of 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave,coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4a. The bathroom farmhouse gem, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs there is the bedroom, 160 bed, a small sofa and armchair as well as swivel smart TV. The farmhouse is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

Seaside cottage, Finnharsfjärden - Axmar

Cozy cottage with proximity to the sea in Finnharsfjärden, 35 minutes from Gävle. The main building of about 50 sqm2 has one bedroom with four beds as well as shower and toilet. Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher that was newly renovated in 2020. Living room with wood stove. Fiber retracted. Large plot with nice lawns and only a stone's throw to the sea. On the property, there is also a guest house with two beds in a sofa bed and bunk bed with a wider lower bed, the house is newly renovated. On the property, there is also a newly built wood-fired sauna available

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

Take a forest walk and cozy up in front of the fire. There is the possibility of a sauna and then a refreshing sea bath. Canoe, and 2 SUP boards are available to borrow.

The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

As our guest you are close to restaurants, stores and the amazing nature life this village offers. The cabin offers a big kitchen, WC with shower & washing machine and a lot of social spaces. Three adults sleep comfortable and extra beds can be provided upon request. Towels and bedsheets is included.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects.  7 mins from E4 is this' gem '! South-facing lake plot at Hamromgefjärden with very good fishing! The house has 3 bedrooms with room for 2 persons per room. There are 2 more sleeping places in Sofa beds. Total space for 8 people. Glazed patio, with lounge and dining table, room for 8-10 people overlooking the lake. Swimming dock and boat place Rowing boat and a canoe available to hire.

Cozy cottage in basement located in lush garden with fruit trees. The upper floor has an open floor plan with kitchen and living room with sofa bed. There is also a toilet with a combined washer and dryer. Bedroom in the basement, one flight down, with shower and sauna and with exit to large balcony with proximity to the river. Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river.

Lake cottage with all the amenities by the fishing lake.

A home closer to the water is probably hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunset is an extra plus. Please also refer to my guidebook that is in my profile. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away. 2-4 kicks are available to borrow.
