Farmhouse in rural environment with pool and sauna

The house is about 5 km from E4 and 8 kilometers from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are brought by the guest or can be rented for SEK 150/set. TV and Wi-Fi available. On the property there is a gym with ping pong table and a wood-fired sauna to dispose of. Summertime there is also a heated swimming pool. An additional home in large apartment can also be rented.

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

Nice accommodation with sea plot

Relax in this unique and tranquil home right by the sea. The cottage has a villa standard with all amenities such as electricity, heating, water, shower and toilet as well as washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, convection oven and stove with induction stove etc. Enjoy the view, sunset and maybe some northern lights. Take a forest walk and cozy up in front of the fire. There is the possibility of a sauna and then a refreshing sea bath. Canoe, and 2 SUP boards are available to borrow.

Welcome to the newly renovated house on our property. The house is renovated in a modern country style. The lower floor is completed and contains an entrance, hallway, kitchen, living room, bedroom and outdoor terrace with a gas grill. On our farm you live in a scenic location with close distance to many of Hälsingland's sights and attractions. About 400 meters from the farm runs Galvån with good opportunities for fishing and swimming. There is also a wood-fired sauna that can be used. Hälsingeleden for hiking is nearby

Quality living in a quiet place with lot's of opportunities in the winter like slalom, cross-countryskiing, skating or take a sauna bath. In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends. Welcome to our little cottage. This house was built in 1901 and is filled with Swedish countryside charm. - 1km walk from a lake - 2.5 hours from Stockholm with public transport. Bus stop is 200m away - Cabin has electricity but NO WATER. Tanks can be filled with water approximately 30 m from the cabin. - Bring your own bedsheets - Outdoor toilet - Kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and oven. Small barbecue outside.
