Four wheel driving . This is the perfect home base for exploring the region . now has phone service .please be aware there is a an unfenced dam and some electric fences on neighbors property .

Abbivale farm cottage is a lovely tranquil retreat situated 18kms out of Denmark along the Scotsdale Tourist drive. Our place is suitable for discerning adults (up to 4 people). Children are welcome but due to unfenced dams, it is may not be suitable for younger children (under 6). Relax in peaceful surroundings amongst the karris & the gum trees. Blue wrens & kangaroos are plentiful & often emus! - perfect surroundings to relax & unwind. Close by to vineyards,walks & other tourist attractions.

Easy 5 minute walk into town with two private entrances and plenty of parking. Everything two people need for a relaxing Denmark base. Comfortable farm stay. One thing that we highly recommend is the WOW tour in Walpole. It's the Wilderness Of Walpole and runs daily from 10am - 12:30pm. Gary Muir will be your host and seriously, it will be your highlight of your stay. Strictly a maximum of five people in the cottage.

Each cottage can sleep up to 5 people. 1 bedroom with a king size bed and the other bedroom with 3 single beds, all bedding and bath towels are provided.
