Two pubs and a well stocked village shop are within walking distance and the historic town of Knutsford is a 10 minute drive away. A hamper of breakfast bits is provided incl. eggs, bacon, muesli, bread etc - vegan options available on request.

The Hollies Farm shop is close by and is a great local shop to stock up on all fresh groceries.

The estate is surrounded by trees and is a 5 minute walk to the Forrest’s visitors centre and station. My house backs onto Delamere golf course and has 3 very good pubs nearby.
