A charming farmhouse set in 10 hectares of land, in an enviable position with exceptional views, the sound of the village bells drift across the valley. To be enjoyed at any time of year. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

You will enjoy staying there for its comfort and tranquility, with its south-east facing terrace, jacuzzi and garden. PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30. Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request.

The cabin house

On the forest side and in the heart of a set of two traditional Périgord houses, the calm is total and the place lends itself to positive introspection, alone or as a couple. Just one essential in winter: throw a few logs in the stove, and turn on the fan in summer if you like it. 2 bedrooms are available in the accommodation.

Welcome to our wooden cabin with its fireplace and boat. The cabin is located on the edge of a pond and next to a forest. Here you will find peace and the sounds of nature. We live in a cul-de-sac in a small hamlet, 2 km from the center of Ronsenac, 5 km from Villebois-Lavalette and 25 min south of Angoulême.

The Farm

Dating back to the 17th century, you will be seduced by the atmosphere of yesteryear - beams and exposed stones, large fireplace, kitchen with internal bread oven...but it is a renovated cottage to live comfortably with central heating and wifi etc....
