山あいの歴史ある町でひと時、暮らすように滞在してほしいから、基本的に2泊からのご予約をしていただけると嬉しいです。 1泊希望の方はその旨メッセージを添えてリクエストをお送りくださると嬉しく思います。中山道の宿場町である奈良井宿の隣町に位置し、江戸時代から木曽漆器の産地として栄えた歴史ある町並み。重要伝統的建造物群保存地区に選定され、現在も漆器店が並んでいるこの町に、1931年に建てられました。お食事なしの一日一組限定、一棟貸し切りにてご利用頂いています。平沢のもつ魅力は何気ない日々の美しさ、豊かさだと思います。読書、散歩、地酒（日本酒・ワイン）を頂く、ゆっくり寝て起きるなど古きよきこの町で暮らすように滞在して頂けたら嬉しいです。日常の様子はSNSでも発信をしているので覗いてみてください。山の谷間の古いお家で網戸はありませんので、暖かい季節になれば自然の生き物が入ってくることもあります。 93年の建物は細部までぴかぴかに磨き上げれている訳ではありません。できるだけ清潔にと思いお迎えの準備をさせて頂いておりますが、大きなお心でお越し頂けると幸いです。

一日一組限定の宿2名様から６名様までご利用いただけます。築100年の古民家をリノベーションしています。併設してゆみち朝カフェがあり前日までにご予約していただけると1300円(消費税込）でお召し上がりできます。飲物付きは1500円です。冬季は休業しています。周辺には車で10分ほどに三井のフォーレスト・蓼科カントリー・蓼科東急ゴルフ場があります。車で20分ほどに富士見パノラマ・ロイヤルヒル・ツーインワンスキー場があります。八ヶ岳の山麓で登山の拠点にも最適です。歩いて1分にセブンイレブン・コインランドリー・レストランもあります。車で2分のところにJAピアみどりスーパーがあります。温泉は近くに縄文の湯・塩壺の湯などがあります。標高1000ｍにの立地のため爽やかです。ホストが常駐していますのでわからないことはお尋ねください。バス停も歩いて行けます。茅野駅まで車で10分です。諏訪インターまで車で9.4キロ15分です。とても便利ですがのどかで田舎の家に帰ってきたような居心地です。5名様以上の場合は料金を減額します。お問い合わせください。 6名様以上は統一でご提供できます。
