Carefully updated (and with swimming pool), this space embodies the roots of good Tuscan living – equipped olive grove consisting of a pergola with table and bathroom, a garden with hammock and in the shade of pine and cypress trees, with chairs, deckchairs and rocking chair, you can admire the sweet hills of Chianti. There is a beautiful elevated pool with some games and barbecue The property forms, in addition to the farmhouse, an olive grove of about 1 hectare, in which equipped spaces have been obtained for complete relaxation. The Suite has a private entrance that leads directly to the upper floor of the farmhouse, allowing maximum privacy to guests. The farmhouse is part of a small old village inhabited by 4 very discreet and friendly family units. The area of the suite is 90 square meters and consists of a kitchenette with kitchenette, large living room, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and a living attic (particularly the small door of 1.2 meters) with 3 single beds. Very bright environment and immersed in the complete tranquility of the countryside is equipped with air conditioning, satellite television, free wifi 24 hours. The owners provide the laundry area. uncovered private parking. owners happy to welcome their guests, are available to solve any problems. The small village is inhabited by three other very kind and discreet families, ready to help the guest. Tavarnelle is 25 km from Florence, 15 km from San Gimignano, 35 km from Siena. - Images of the exterior, swimming pool, garden and equipped olive grove will be visible shortly. We kindly ask you to wait. The accommodation is far from the center of Tavarnelle km. 5 approx. The historic center is equipped with all services for the citizen and the tourist : post office, police, municipality, emergency room, supermarket, trattorias, pizzerias, banks etc. Also in the summer period there are various musical events small craft markets finally takes place, every Thursday morning, the classic municipal market. Places of interest (medieval villages) around Tavarnelle : San donato in Poggio km. 12 approx. Barberino val d 'ela km. 6. Distances from art cities: Tavarnelle - Florence approx. 25 km Tavarnelle - San Gimignano / Monteriggioni approx. 20 km Tavarnelle - Siena approx. 35 km. In the organized outdoor spaces there is a swimming pool type ABOVE GROUND, the dimensions are : 10 mt. X 5 mt., with depth 1.20 mt. completes the pool space a bathroom with shower. In the residence, guests have a nice table with barbecue. The entire olive grove area is at their disposal with maximum privacy. The owners, at the request of the guest, can book excursion tours or wine - testing relying on professionals. The price of any booking of the tour is not included in the price of the stay. The small village was once a military fortress, later a parish church or place of worship and from the beginning of the twentieth century inhabited by peasants. Today it is inhabited by four very kind and discreet families ready to help the guest. Florence is 25 km away and Siena is 35 km away.
