Eingebettet in kraftvolle Natur, gleich vor der Haustür. Mein großer Naturgarten liegt direkt am Waldrand. Da ist genügend Platz, um auch ungestört für sich zu sein. Nearby are many water sports such as diving, SUP, windsurfing, wakeboarding or just swimming, hiking and cycling. The proximity to the Naab also makes it very attractive for anglers. A country inn with a beautiful beer garden is right across the street. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

The spacious and bright attic apartment (100 m²) can accommodate 4-5 people. The air-conditioned bedroom has a double bed and a crib for 2 children. The air-conditioned living room also has a pull-out sofa bed. Our garden with pool (season mid-May-September) is available for shared use. Trampoline, large meadow for playing soccer, fire bowl and grill available. We are located exactly between Regensburg and the Upper Palatinate Lake District (about 20 km).

Close to the city but still in the nature. The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The house with three parties offers privacy through its own access, but also a personal environment and contact person in case of problems. Lidl and bakery open on Sundays only 250 m away.

Our cozy gallery apartment in Regensburg's old town offers you the perfect starting point to explore the city and all other sights. Both bathrooms and the kitchen are newly renovated and offer everything you need. The open architecture gives the accommodation a special flair. Please note that the two rooms are connected by the stairs, and therefore not separated by a door.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
