Castle (13th century) with moat with kitchen garden dry stone walls, pond, 60 vines, figs, historical fruit varieties, salads, own beekeeping. 4 double rooms (each with shower and toilet). Castle chapel and event rooms can also be rented. Sofa bed or crib on request. Regensburg can be reached in 20 minutes. Hiking from the front door. On the bike-hiking trail. A wonderful place to write the unfinished novel or for a workation. Owners live on the top floor.

We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

On the property there are several seats, hammocks and an outdoor shower with hot water. There are many opportunities for hiking, cycling and water sports in the area. In our in-house SUP rental, boards can be rented. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
