Beautiful, new and spacious house in Treungen, on Lake Nisser. Centrally located for boating/fishing/paddle boarding, mountain biking, hiking, mountain climbing, hunting and skiing/cross-country skiing. Cross-country skiing routes in the immediate vicinity. Ski resort Gautefall 15 and Vrädal are a 45-minute walk away. The large window offers a beautiful view of the lake. With internal sauna. There is also a charging point for electric cars available. Feel like a king in....Norway! Note: Electricity consumption will be settled with you afterwards.

Large garden with play equipment. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6 (plus own baby bed) Note: part of semi-detached house, simple standard,- older kitchen and bathroom, lovely peaceful space. Second unit is also rented and any guests in other unit are to be expected. If needed, the second part can also be rented, a total of 12 beds for the entire place. Enjoy and relax at this beautiful spot in South Norway, right on the Nisser lake. When we are not there ourselves, we like to make others happy with this beautiful, design furnished, house. We hope our guests enjoy this as much as we do. Our house is suitable for any season. In the summertime, you can swim, paddle board, hike and MTB. In winter alpine skiing in Gautefall or Vrådal, or touring or cross-country skiing right behind home. Or how about a dog sled ride?

Vacation cottage (max 6 people) on the lake

Our cottage is located on a 1200m² of natural property. From the spacious south terrace you have a breathtaking panoramic view of the slopes/waterfalls of the Havrefjell and the lake. In the immediate vicinity are two more lakes with natural swimming area. There are fantastic hiking trails and the hut is also in the middle of a cross-country skiing area with varied tour trails. The sea is about 45 minutes by car. The nearest supermarket is about 20 km away.

Cabin to high standard, new in 2022. Includes 4 airy bedrooms, living room and kitchen with high ceilings. Sauna finished in 2024. Large windows facing stunning water views. It is 2 minutes to walk to the white beach. The area is amazing in both summer and winter. Short distance to over 40 mountain hikes in the area, as well as long white beaches around gnomes. In winter there are driven trails, and 20 min to slalom slope.
