Cabin is located in Nissedal in the southern part of Norway. From Denmark take the ferry to Langesund by Fjordline.com or to Oslo from Kiel. 3,5 Hours drive with car from Oslo and 1.5 hour from Langesund. The cabin is about 250 squaremeter with a double garage. 4 bedrooms and 2 bath. Sauna and hot tub. Outside fireplace for nice evenings The area around the cabin is perfect for walking with lots of prepared round trips for walking or bicyckling. Fishing water also around the area.

Obs: Strømforbruket kommer i tillegg. Flott hytte for en eller to familier. Hytta ligger med flott utsikt utover hele Gautefall. Alle fasiliteter for å gjøre ferien til en nytelse. 4 soverom og to bad, fordelt på to etager. Boblebad på terrasen, med utsikt utover, og badstu. Komplett kjøkken og spisestue med plass til 11. Utenfor er man rett ut i flott natur, med skiløyper eller verdens flotteste sykkelterreng. Masse fiskevann og flotte fjell og topper. Fiber bredbånd!

De 2 andre soverommene har dobbeltseng. Det er 2 stuer, en TV-stue og en kombinert stue og spisestue ved kjøkkenet. Uteområde består av sør/vest vendt veranda. Vinterstid er det oppkjørte langrennsløyper noen hundre meter fra hytta, og mange fine tur områder i nærheten.

En av de mest perfekte stedene i Norge til å ta med familien! Hytta er av høy standard fra 2017, med flott beliggenhet på Huvtjønnleiken, i naturskjønne omgivelser med fin utsikt hele året! Skiløyper rett utenfor døren på vinteren. Sommeren tilbyr bade og fiskevann 10 min gange fra hytta. Stort nett av turstier, godt oppmerket. Det er flere gapahuker med bålpanne som alle kan benytte, langs turstiene. Hytta ligger 740 m.o.h.

Hytta egner seg like godt sommer som vinter (helårshytte). Under 10 minutter til Gautefall skianlegg. God uteplass med bålpanne og boblebad. Internett og TV i hovedhytta. Det er spiseplass til 10 personer. Det er vei helt frem til hytta. Hytta brukes også av utleier.
