This is a 110 sqm, 2-story house for rent, a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line. (Not a shared house) There is a large living room, dining room, and full kitchen on the first floor, 4 bedrooms on the second floor, and toilets on the first and second floors. There is parking in front of the house and a smoking area. For more information, please see the JAPAKU website, Google Maps, Instagram, etc. 　 Alcohol and a large delivery box are installed at the entrance. We are currently flexible with pricing for long-term stays, so please let us know. Our sister guest house, JAPAKU@KADOMA 05, is also available for rent. 　 It is 70 minutes from Kansai Airport, 40 minutes from Shin-Osaka, and 55 minutes from Itami Airport. It is 20 minutes from the Meishin Suita IC and 10 minutes from the Daini-Keihan Sakaimon-Masu IC. There are two supermarkets, AEON and SATAKE (both 2 minutes on foot) near this rental house. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores, so you can have a pleasant stay without any problems, whether it's a short trip or a long stay. It is convenient to use the Keihan train and various trains to get to tourist destinations such as Osaka city, Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe. Sightseeing by car is also very convenient, with an interchange nearby.

Nankai Tram (NANKAI) Tengachaya (TENGACHAYA) Station, 700m 7 mins walk. There are many convenience stores and supermarkets around the house, the nearest is a 2-minute walk. There are 3 subway and train stations within a 7-minute walk of the house, the nearest of which is only a 4-minute walk. The house can go directly to the following places without transfer. Kansai International Airport: 36 minutes Namba: 4 minutes. Dotonbori: 5 minutes. Shinsaibashi: 6 minutes. Umeda: 13 minutes. Shin-Osaka: 21 minutes. Osaka Castle: 19 minutes. Kyoto: 56 minutes. The house has a shower room (sorry, no bathtub), a toilet (fully automatic smart toilet), a washroom, and a laundry room (fully automatic washing machine, dryer). I'm very sorry, the dining area is small, mini kitchen. The house is rented as a whole, and the entire building is for your team to use. Free short-term luggage storage.
