Honey’s Silo Retreat is privately situated in the far northwest corner of our 20-acre countryside property, surrounded by alfalfa fields creating a peaceful, open landscape. The property borders Blaine Creek, a protected natural wetland rich with wildlife, offering a quiet, immersive nature experience. To preserve the tranquility setting, our property is a non-smoking.

This is a newly constructed cabin done to luxury standards and is located on our farm down a private road, situated at the northern end of Flathead Lake. The views are spectacular as you can enjoy 360 degree views of the valley, Flathead Lake, Glacier Park, The Swan Mountains, Blacktail Mountain and the big skies and stars of Montana. The only land in between our farm and the lake is a waterfowl preserve. Plenty of wildlife on the property and it is a wonderful spot to enjoy Flathead Valley.

Secluded guest cabin in Swan Valley

Clean and cozy guest cabin way off the beaten path in the Swan Valley. Secluded and quiet, backs up to state and national forest with a creek and abundant wildlife. ***UPDATE FOR SPRING/SUMMER 2026: We are adding on to our home, which is adjacent to the guest cabin. We anticipate the exterior will be done by mid-June, but there may still be a little mess by our house, and minor construction activity. The guest cabin is fully functional and not directly affected by the construction.

The Nest is the perfect basecamp for your hunting or hiking excursions or just a place to unplug and unwind. We see deer, turkeys and the occasional bear from the property. The amenities of Big Fork are just a 15 minute drive from camp. Flathead Lake is a mere 10 minutes away. Glacier National Park west entrance is 30 minutes North.

Dewey's cabin

Situated halfway between East Glacier and West Glacier you are only a 30 min drive to either. Access the back country of Glacier Park at nearby Essex, where the historic Issac Walton Inn is located. This special place is close to everything outdoors. The cabin has a washer/dryer. Cooking is a gas range and there is a wonderful gazebo with a fire pit that you can enjoy rain or shine. Recreational opportunities nearby include: hiking, photography, fishing, rafting, and skiing.

We also have two other cabins for rent on the property in case you have a larger party or event and are looking for a bit more space.

We’re tucked away off the beaten path, yet just 20 minutes from Whitefish and Kalispell. For awareness: There are a few neighboring homes nearby, and at times an RV site on the adjacent parcel may be occupied. The setting still feels quiet and spacious — we just like guests to have an accurate picture of the area.
