Nikolaos house is located in the upper part of Symi and was recently renovated to host up to 6 persons. The amazing view from the balcony gives you the opportunity to see the harbor and the beauty of the city in another angle. The house contains two bedrooms in the first floor, with each 1 double bed. In addition there are two couches with bed function. There is a new fully equipped kitchen with two dining tables. 2 bathrooms with WC/Shower, and a air condition.

A charming entrance features a pastel pink facade highlighted by a mint green door, which opens to a staircase leading further inside. Potted plants flank the doorway, adding a touch of greenery to the inviting entryway.

Characterful House on Symi island

Recently and lovingly renovated two bedroom family home, completed in summer 2023. Beautiful and characterful with incredible views across the unique island of Symi - sea, sky, mountain and village. Perfect for solo, couple and family escapes, with a great location in the Chorio village, in a secluded spot but only a 3 minute walk to the main village square with a shop, bakery, cafe, restaurants and bars. The house is both peaceful and stylish.

A serene view of the waterfront reveals charming small fishing boats anchored in clear blue waters. Colorful buildings line the hillside, providing a picturesque backdrop. Guests can enjoy the scenery from a balcony overlooking the vibrant harbor area.

SeaMe II

SeaMe House, one of the most photographed houses in Symi, is located right on the waterside of “Gialos” in Kato Harani Area. Arriving at the harbor which is surrounded by beautiful hills you may see the house laying in front of you amongst magical layers of background colors and contrasts. Small fishing boats tied on the stone paved deck right in front of it, finish up this spectacular “painting” picture.

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.
