Cozy townhouse in a quiet rural setting of Granada. Located in a beautiful valley at the foot of Sierra Nevada, 25 minutes from Granada, 25 minutes from La Alpujarra and 25 minutes from the beach. The house has two floors and an outdoor patio with a small pool, exclusively for you. The ground floor is open-plan with a living room, dining room, kitchen, small toilet, and patio. Upstairs are the bedrooms and full bathroom. There are hiking trails within a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

Encantadora casita a las faldas del Parque Natural decorada con mucho mimo en una zona muy privada con estupendas vistas. Disfruta sus diferentes porches, su jacuzzi exterior de donde disfrutar sus maravillosas vistas y sus noches estrelladas, su cocina exterior con barbacoa. At 10-minutes drive from the beach you can enjoy your holiday here in a relaxed environment. At the private swimming pool (9 x 4 m.) for example, or in one of both green gardens. The house is stylishly furnished and can accommodate 8 people (max. 4 adults). Ideal house for those who love beautiful sunsets, a large outdoor space and peace and quietness.

2 rooms: a 4 persons bedroom with individual beds, which can be put together on request. This room has a en suite bathroom. The other room has a double bed. Another bathroom in the hall. Two living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen complete the interior part. Outside you can relax in a very nice garden with terrace and private salted swimming pool (less than 10% of salt compared with sea water and no chemicals).

The dream of an Andalusian country house

The biggest draw of the house is its location, with a stunning view of the Sierra Nevada National Park and Canales Reservoir. It is very well connected with downtown Granada and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, only half an hour driving. Pets are allowed, but there is a €30 fee per pet not included in the reservation. Please check with the hosts.

Be aware of your ability to move around the slopes of the village and the stairs in the house. Parking is 150 meters from the house.
