Our lovely house is comfortable and pleasant to live in. You will love relaxing in this quiet place, surrounded by countryside and nature, have a look at stars in the sky and breathe pur air. It will bring happiness to fans of forest, fishing, hunting, Bourgogne's gastronomy, architecture, History, racetrack, zoo and park. It is perfect for couples, lonely travellers, families with children and pets. A new pond has been created for nature and fishing lovelers.

This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. Our beautifully renovated country home in France has 3 bedrooms, a loft, two living rooms, and 2 baths, as well as 2 fully equipped kitchens. We have a huge garden and patio, facing the natural Loire River! Our village has dozens of wineries in walking distance. The are has many beautiful surrounding villages, wineries, and castles nearby. We also have 10 bicycles of all sizes to be used on the many beautiful bike paths around our home.
