Le logement se situe à la campagne à l'entrée du bourg de Sauvigny-Les-Bois. Nous sommes à 5 min du château de Prye, 10 minutes de Nevers(8km) et 15 minutes du circuit F1 de Nevers/Magny-Cours. La maison de 35m2 est indépendante, elle se situe à côté de notre maison SUR LE MEME TERRAIN. Vous disposez d'une terrasse devant le logement donnant sur l'extérieur commun. Nous laissons un accès à notre jardin ( commun donc partagé avec nous) et à la piscine (en été; hors sol non chauffée)

This pleasant house, very spacious and bright, about 60 m² on the ground floor has two steps at the entrance. It is located 8 km from the medieval site of Guédelon. 6 km to St Sauveur en Puisaye where the Colette House and Museum is located. 15 km from Saint-Fargeau, its castle and show, and the Bourdon reservoir for swimming. 12 km from St Amand and its pottery. Character house composed of 1 large bedroom, with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, a living room with an open-plan kitchen, shower and separate toilet. It is located in the center of the village, set back from the main street. This listing is attached to our house and another Airbnb listing. You will therefore share access to the outdoor space (courtyard and garden) with us, and if the other Airbnb accommodation is occupied, also with the other guests.

Take a step back in this unique, soothing place to stay. On the first floor of the farmhouse there is a self-contained gite for 2 people. The gite has a private entrance and beautiful views of "chateau Ettevaux". It is a large, cozy, high living space with original oak beams and stone walls. Our domaine is 17 hectares with various lovely seats, a large vegetable garden and you walk right into the woods!
