Gite 2ch 6p 80m2 à la campagne - 10mn de Nevers

Situé dans une longère d'un lieu dit à 10 minutes de Nevers, nous proposons un gite de 80m2. Nous habitons la grande partie de la longère dans laquelle nous avons aménagé la grange. Le gite est collé et séparé par une porte intérieure mais possède sa propre porte d'entrée. Le silence règne dans ce lieu dit aux portes de la forêt des Bertranges. La propriété est située sur un terrain de 7500m2 avec 2 chevaux selon la saison concernée. Elle est bordée par des champs et des prairies à vaches.

Kom tot rust in Gite Briffaut de Bourgondië

Deze stal omgebouwd tot woning met een ommuurde tuin was vroeger een stal met hondenkennel wat bij het naast gelegen Chateau Briffaut hoorde. Het ligt geheel vrij en hoog met uitzicht over heuvels en bossen, dichtbij het natuurpark " Morvan ".In het huis zijn alle oude eiken balken nog zichtbaar aanwezig en zijn de oude details zoveel mogelijk bewaard gebleven, wel is dit huis van alle gemakken voorzien met een ommuurde tuin met palmen en olijfbomen met terras en jacuzzi.

Ideal to meet with friends, in peace, family. An authentic place located in the exceptional natural setting of a former mill whose estate extends over six hectares of grassland. You will stay in the Meunier’s house, which has been renovated. This is our main house, rented during school holidays and weekends only. Many activities for children, games, fishing, swimming pool, boats etc. A deposit will be paid on arrival.
