The recently renovated "Gastenverblijf De Hucht" is a wonderful place to really relax... with a large veranda and a spacious view of the garden. To relax, there is also a private wellness. Due to the location, there is a lot of privacy. You can also bake your own pizza in the brick oven!! "Gastenverblijf De Hucht" itself is 87 m2 and equipped with all the necessary luxury. Toe aan ultieme ontspanning in een stad waar altijd wat te doen is? In Amsterdam Noord, in de circulaire wijk Buiksloterham, de nieuwe “place to be” van Amsterdam vind je de studio, een oase van rust voor de bezoekers van bruisend Amsterdam. De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. Ook de badkamer en suite is gelegen aan de binnentuin.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The bustling center of Gouda with the beautiful town hall on the Markt is a 7 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants and cafes are right around the corner. The cheese market is in the summer on Thursdays. There is also a festival site. Gouda is a quiet town, but you won't find total silence here. The station with direct connections to Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht and Amsterdam is a 15-minute walk away.

Utrecht has hardly any nature, and that makes Buitenplaats Rijnenburg unique: just 15 minutes by car from the historic city center, this former haystack has now been transformed into a cozy and modern accommodation. The haystack is in the grounds of a thatched farm, which is no longer in operation. But do you want a fresh egg for breakfast? There are still chickens that like to lay an egg.

Basement next to the forest

We rent the basement under our house as a perfect place for a romantic weekend away, or a week offsite. Our villa is 5 min./ 400 m walk from the Ridderoordse Bos. It is 30 min. by bike/ 10 min. train to Utrecht. A fully equipped apartment with its own entrance of 60 m2 with kitchen, workspace, bedroom with 2 p. box spring (180*220), bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and spacious sauna! The patio garden is still under construction and is ready in mid March '25.

Canalhouse-Utrecht

This beautiful apartment is located on the canal opposite the park and only 1 minute walk from the Old Town with restaurants, coffee bars and breakfast places. There are also plenty of transport opportunities around the corner ( bus train and tram ) so that a city trip to Amsterdam is feasible in 30 minutes. Enjoy luxurious inner city living in this complete apartment with king size bed, bath in the bathroom, and including a 4K television in the living room.
