The plot on which the cottage stands is about 500 m2 and is fenced. In addition, on the large wooden terrace we have a Jacuzzi and a sauna for the guests of the cottage only. Our cottage is open all year round, it has heating and a stove. Lake Sudomie is 150 m away.

W bliskiej odległości znajdują się dwa parki, sklepy spożywcze i stacja benzynowa. 5 minut do przystanku autobusowego, 10 minut do przystanku tramwajowego. Z lotniska kursuje bezpośredni autobus.
