Centrally located in Valais, we are a perfect starting point for nature lovers for biking, skiing, hiking, home office and relaxation all year round. Studio with views of the valley and mountains. The cozily furnished apartment is on the first floor with direct access to the seating area and parking. In the living room and bedroom there are 2 foldaway beds, a sofa bed, a dining table with 4 chairs, a bookshelf with TV and the cupboard. From the living room you have a magnificent view of the mountains. The landlords live in the basement and are also there when you arrive.

Die Wohnung ist 60m2, hat nebst Wohnküche, ein abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer, Bad, separater Zugang, Aussenbereich, der ausschliesslich für die Wohnung reserviert ist.

Quiet studio in Ausserberg

The studio for 1-4 guests is located on the first floor of my house (separate entrance). It has a double bedroom (1.6 m) and a sofa bed (140/200). The kitchen is well equipped and in a separate room. It also has a dining table and a spacious bathroom with shower. There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment.

Ich freue mich euch mein neues gemütliches Apartment mit toller Aussicht und bester Lage anbieten zu können. Es ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und zum Skifahren da Zermatt, Saas-Fee und Grächen schnell zu erreichen sind. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus loswandern. Ich freue mich auf euer Kommen 🙂
